Agreement and seller
These terms form an agreement between you and Abdiasis Mohamud, seller of The Calm Departure Plan. By using this site, creating an account, or purchasing the guide, you accept these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
The product
A purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital guide. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or circumvent access controls. Results vary by dog; the guide is educational and is not veterinary advice.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax, billing, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be suspended for non-payment, fraud or security risk, material breach, or repeated serious violations.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation. Abdiasis Mohamud retains ownership of the guide, site, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property.
Availability and liability
The service may occasionally be unavailable and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and law
When account access ends, your right to retrieve the guide ends. These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
