Who controls your data

Data we collect and why
We process your name, email, Google profile image, account identifiers, purchase status, support messages, device information, IP address, and essential usage or security records. We use these to create your account, provide and protect paid access, prevent fraud, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Legal bases
We process account and purchase data to perform our contract with you; security and service-improvement data for legitimate interests; records when required by law; and optional communications only with consent where required.
Sharing
Data may be shared with hosting, authentication, storage, security, analytics, and support providers; with Paddle as Merchant of Record for sales, payments, tax, invoicing, and refunds; with professional advisers; or with authorities where legally required. Paddle handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained while needed to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax or legal duties, then deleted or anonymized. We use appropriate access controls, encryption in transit, and private file storage, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local privacy authority. Contact us to make a request; identity verification may be required.
Cookies and transfers
We use essential cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security, checkout, and account continuity. Service providers may process data outside your state or country using lawful safeguards. We do not currently use optional advertising cookies on this site.
